It is a journey through depression, something from which I suffer pretty severly. It's a bit of an exorcism, acually. Purging the dakness from my body.

Sorry to hear you struggle with depression. Several of my family members do as well. It is hard. I hope this book helped you fight the demons. It will be interesting to read about it from the inside out.
