I'm learning to weave, so apart from all the other books I'm reading, I'm also working my way through this tapestry weaving book:
"Tapestry is a weft-faced weave, which means that the weft completely covers the warp, forming a flat, smooth surface."

That's fascinating. I work in a knit shop and teach, and especially fix problems with knitting. Tapestry weaving amazes me but it's outside my skill set.
So jealous! I've always wanted a loom. Have fun!

How are you finding the weaving so far? It looks pretty intimidating, but I'm sure once you get the hang of it....it's still pretty scary :p
The only thing I can do is crochet and not to brag or anything, but I can make a pretty amazing square or rectangle. lol.
