Follow Friday

Q. Name 3 authors that you would love to sit down and spend an hour or a meal with just talking about either their books or get advice on writing from?

Well, one would have to be Barbara Kingsolver because I am in awe of her writing style, and I would have a million questions. The next two would only work if there was a way of bringing them back from the dead, but I'm taking that for granted. I would love to sit down with Fyodor Dostoevsky. i think I'd keel over if I saw him. The last, but not least, would be Edgar A. Poe. He just fascinates me.

I love Edgar Allen Poe! You should definitely read Nevermore by Kelly Creagh!

I am new to Follow Fridays but I love the concept. I am a new blogger trying to get going but it is a lot of work. LOL!

Happy Follow Friday!

I have Brabara Kingsolver on my list, too! Though I would probably sit all tongue-tied if I ever really did have a sit-down with her!

Poe would is a great choice! I have only read Kinsolver's Animal, Vegetable, Miracle but with just that one book I would have plenty of things to discuss with her.
Have a great weekend!

Oh my gosh, Edgar Allan Poe is amazing! I've actually never been the biggest fan of him until I picked up Nevermore by Kelly Creagh. Have you read it before? It's really good! :)

Your choices are very classical -- I love it!

Thanks so much for stopping by! :) I hope you have an awesome weekend!

I wouldn't have thought of these authors. My first choice would be J.K.Rowling.

New Follower and first time FF poster. Good choices. Poe might not talk much, though. At least I wouldn't think so. What do you think, would he sit there and look quietly tortured? Dawn @ Read Love
