This is a no-brainer for me. Most definitely Basil of Baker Street from Disney's The Mouse Detective. I am just as obsessive, curious and moody as he is.

Oh! I'm loving this week because I get to remember all of the fun characters from my youth. I had almost forgotten Basil, but he's fabulous! I love the story and his character is definitely a great choice.
