Theme Thursday
Theme Thursdays is a fun weekly event that will be open from one thursday to the next. Anyone can participate in it. The rules are simple:
theme will be posted each week (on Thursday’s)
•Select a conversation/snippet/sentence from the current book you are reading
•Mention the author and the title of the book along with your post
•It is important that the theme is conveyed in the sentence (you don’t necessarily need to have the word)
Ex: If the theme is KISS; your sentence can have "They kissed so gently” or “Their lips touched each other” or “The smooch was so passionate”
This week's theme: Female Person (description)
From Too Near The Edge by Lynn Osterkamp
"Elisa's self-assurance is much different than Masuka's but just as effective. She's a beautiful woman, tall and thin with thick blonde hair, layered in a casual style that always falls attractively no matter what she's doing. She has a look of entitlement about her. Her clothes are expensive, always natural fabrics- fine wools, brilliant silks and soft cottons of linens."

Thanks for stopping by! Yours is so descriptive! Great choice!
Thanks for dropping in. :) Entitled or not, her clothes certainly sound comfortable! Have a great evening.
Not hard to imagine - and be envious of. Perfect snippet for this week.
Sounds like an elegant woman.
Sounds like an interesting read!
Probably the only one this week that described the texture of the clothing as well. As always an interesting one again this week.
