Musing Mondays

This week’s musing asks…

What is the longest book you have ever read? How long did it take you to read it?

If we're going by page count, then I'd have to say The Cound of Monte Cristo by Dumas. I read it in about two months, and I loved it.
Now, if we're going by what book felt the longest, then I'd have to say Catch 22. Oh that book was a nightmare for me. I get chills just thinking about it.

I'm glad I read your post bc for the longest time I wanted to read Catch 22...now I'm not so sure lol. And two months is a really long time to read something. It must have been good if it kept your interest lol. Thanks for stopping by today =)

Oh, you made me remember reading Don Quixote and how long that felt. I enjoyed the stories within the story.

I should have mentioned what felt like the longest too - it would go to A Clockwork Orange - I'd sit and read for an hour and end up only having read 20-40 pages. It was a nightmare :( but I really enjoyed it.

Here is my Musing Mondays post.

Hi! Thanks for the visit to my blog! Sorry it took me so long to reply as I was knee deep in grading papers all week.

Actually I kind of liked Catch-22 but I do get why others may not enjoy it. :-)
