Book I'm reading is Jamrach's Menagerie by Carol Birch. It is a magical story, there's even a dragon involved! Well, maybe not the fire-spewing creature from fairy tales, but close enough.
The tea is cinnamon flavored, which matches perfectly with the spiciness of the book.
