This week's musings:

What is the last book you bought? Was it for you? for someone else? Have you read it, yet?

Hmm. I had to think a bit about this one. I get so many books from the library or as gifts that remembering the last book I bough was tough.

Ok, I bought The Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson for myself. I haven't read it yet.

And Homeland and Other Stories by Barbara Kingsolver for my mom.

Thanks for stopping by Starting the Next Chapter today. I absolutely love your blog's background. Gorgeous! A Day in the Life of a Smiling Woman is turning out to be really good. I would recommend it. :)

I've had The Gargoyle sitting on my shelves for months! I was completely intrigued when I bought it, but never got around to reading it. One of these days...
